Legacy Park is a modern sub-division built in 2006. Located 1 mile south of the intersection of the 192 and the 27 the house is a short drive from Disney and has easy access to the I4 highway giving access to Tampa and Orlando.

Located just 3 miles from the edge of the massive Disney Theme Park area (43 square miles), the house is under a mile from the nearest shopping and dining area, just over a mile from a massive Walmart and a short drive to the new Posner Park retail stores.

Golf addicts can indulge there habit all year round in Central Florida, with hundreds of courses (Disney has 15 alone) you will be spoilt for choice. All from as little as £10 including a cart.
