We have two simple to use Nest thermostats that allow you to keep the upstairs of the house at a different temperature from the downstairs. Remotely controlled via iPhone, we can make sure the house is at the perfect temperature for your arrival.

Our new pool also has iPhone controls allowing control of Pool and Spa temperatures along with the coloured lighting effects in the pool. Spa side controls also allow control of the lights and bubbles!

For your safety and security, we have external CCTV fitted to the house, this can be disabled remotely during guest stays if required.

The Plex Media Server in the house allows anyone on the wifi to stream over 100 movies directly to their tablet, anywhere in the house. Talking of Wifi, our super fast FiOS Internet and inbound UK Skype number let you tell everyone back home how "awesome" it is in Florida
